When Taiwanese retailer, Drinks Wines & Spirits Co Ltd, considered an IPO, they asked existing audit and tax advisor, Grant Thornton Losoon for guidance.

Drinks Wines & Spirits Co Ltd was formed in 1993 and now has 30 stores across Taiwan. In preparation for the IPO, Grant Thornton Losoon is assessing the legal and regulatory impact, the implications of increased public scrutiny and has outlined a detailed schedule for preparing the company to list.
